- To promote best practice in matters of compliance – tax, industrial relations, Workcover, superannuation
Restaurant & Catering SA will:

Make every effort to resolve complaints and grievances in good faith through direct communication and negotiation and within reasonable timeframes
- Endeavor to assist new members in acquiring a full understanding of the ethics, processes, responsibilities and competencies of the profession and keep them informed of significant advances or changes in the areas of compliance
- Encourage members to take up the standards associated with certified professional restaurateur or gold license caterer
