Restaurant & Catering SA is the peak industry body representing the hospitality industry in the state. We are a not-for-profit employer association that serves and represents members of the Restaurant and Catering industry throughout South Australia. Members of the association consist of restaurateurs, café operators, caterers and suppliers to the industry.

We exist for the sole purpose of protecting and servicing the interests of the industry and the viability and profitability of those enterprises operating within the industry.

We are part of an effective national network that provides operators at a local level with a voice on issues of national importance to the industry.

Our vision is to achieve a restaurant and catering industry, which enjoys support through excellence, professionalism and staff commitment. Our mission is to lead the restaurant and catering industry and to help members improve their business.
