Chef’s in the City 2011 will see up to four apprentices from SA learn and experience the broader hospitality industry. The apprentices will meet on Monday 20 June and work with a series of local Adelaide chefs who will mentor them, take them on a supplier tour and show them the preparation of a signature dish in the form of a Masterclass.
