02 May 2011 >> Chefs in the City - Nominations are now open for the “Chef’s in the City” initiative. Chef’s in the City 2011 will see up to four apprentices from SA learn and experience the broader hospitality industry. The apprentices will meet on Monday 20 June and work with a series of local Adelaide chefs who will mentor them, take them on a supplier tour and show them the preparation of a signature dish in the form of a Masterclass.
